We have electric charging points available both in the front hotel car park and the spa car park. Instructions on how to use the electric car charging points are available from reception.
Check out - Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am on the day of departure.
Emergency evacuation - Please familiarise yourself with the emergency exit routes on your door.
Secruity - Please ensure you close your door and windows when exiting the room. All ground floor rooms are fitted with windown locks.

Valuables - The management does not accept responsbility for any guests valuables.

Laundry - Should you require use of our laundry service then please contact reception on '0'. Please note this service is not available on weekends or public holidays.
Taxis - Please contact reception on '0' to book a taxi. We advise guests that book early morning Taxis the night prior.
Smoking - Please note all bedrooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a bedroom will incur a £70 charge.

Children - Children under 12 and accompanied by a paying adult will not be charged for accommodation. All food charges, including breakfast for the child/ren are applicable.
