How do I book bedrooms at the hotel and use my Loyalty Club discounts?
  • Visit the hotel’s website and access the online booking engine, when prompted use the code ‘Loyalty10’ to get the 10% discount or
  • Contact the hotel directly and speak to the Reservation Team on the numbers below.
  • Always quote that you are a Loyalty Membership when booking.
  • If you are dining as part of a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package you will already have the discount applied.
  • If you are on a Bed and Breakfast package and you wish to dine please show your Loyalty Club Card when you book your table. The 10% discount will be applied to the food element of your total bill.

How do I get the discounts when dining in the hotel?

  • If you are dining as part of a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package you will already have the discount applied.

I’m interested in booking a private function, do I get a discount?

  • If you are booking a private function or event please talk to the Events Team at the Hotel who can provide further information for you. If your total event exceeds a minimum value of £1000 a 15%.

Loyalty Membership Terms & Conditions

The Membership Card

The Hotel may at its discretion issue a card to any person who applies for one.

The card remains the property of the Hotel. It may only be used by the cardholder. It is not transferable and cannot be used by anyone else. It must be returned to the Hotel at its request in the event of actual or attempted improper use.

The Guidelines

The Hotels will operate the scheme in accordance with the guidelines.

The Hotel may at any time revise the details of the guidelines as it sees fit. In particular the Hotel may vary the precise percentage to be discounted for any particular spend, may vary the minimum spend, may vary the nature of the benefits to be awarded and may vary the participating premises.

The Hotel may discontinue the scheme at any time but will give members at least three months’ notice before it does so.

Restrictions and Limitations

The Loyalty Club membership discounts can only be applied when booking directly with the hotels, we cannot apply any discounts when bedrooms are booked via third party platforms or agents.

Loyalty Club membership discounts are only available on full price rooms and accommodation packages, discount cannot be applied to special promotional rates, offers or advanced purchase deals.

Each hotel may have further restrictions not listed here, these will be available on the hotel’s website

Loyalty Club membership discounts are not applicable on Christmas, Gold Cup Week, New Year or Easter Packages.

Loyalty Club membership discounts may not be available during Bank Holiday weekends, please check directly with the hotels.

Each hotel reserves the right not to offer Loyalty Club membership discounts during certain times of the year depending on local festivals or events.

All Loyalty Club membership discounts are subject to availability.

Discounts will only be applied to functions and events booked privately. Discounts will be applied to food, room hire and equipment charges. Discounts will only be applied if the total event spend exceeds £1000.

Loyalty Club membership discounts are not applicable on Wedding packages.
