12 Days of Christmas Competition T&C's

Our Terms and Conditions apply for all 12 Days of Christmas competitions

1. Overnight stays can not be booked on a Saturday.
2. The prizes must be taken six months (unless stated otherwise).
3. The prize cannot be taken when Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa is fully booked.
4. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
5. It is a condition of entry that the winner is a resident of the UK.
6. The prize does not include travel expenses to Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. Once the competition has closed entries after that time will not be counted.
9. The winner will be selected at random (via random number generator) and contacted within one week. Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa’s decision will be final. The winner will be notified by Facebook messenger / Email or Instagram messenger. If contact cannot be made within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.
10. If you are a winner, you agree, as a condition of receiving the prize, to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa.
11. Entry implies acceptance of these rules and conditions.
12. Only one entry permitted per person.
13. Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa does not take responsibility for any lost entries.
14. Employees of Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa are not allowed to enter the competition.
15. Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa reserves the right to withdraw this competition without notice.
16. The competition winner will be notified of their win via phone or email only. If the winner cannot be reached after three attempts, the prize will be awarded to an alternative winner, who will be randomly selected.
