What is your favourite thing about your role?

My favourite aspect of being a wedding co-ordinator is the people. I love that I get the opportunity to meet couples, hear their unique love stories, and collaborate with them to bring their dream wedding vision to life.

How did you get into wedding co-ordination?

I started out planning marriage proposals in and around the Cotswolds, so planning weddings felt like the natural career progression for me!

What is one piece of advice you’d give to someone currently planning their wedding?

One piece of advice I’d give is to focus on the moments that matter most to you and your partner. It’s easy to get caught up in every detail, but remember that the day is about celebrating your love!

If you could plan your dream wedding, what would it look like?

If I could plan my dream wedding, it would be an intimate celebration surrounded by loved ones. I’d want soft, natural colours and lots of greenery, with candles or fairy lights creating a warm, romantic atmosphere. The focus would be on meaningful moments, enjoying good food with close family and friends—and, of course, there’d be lots of dancing!

What’s your favourite wedding trend right now?

One of my favourite wedding trends right now is the rise of personalised experiences for guests. Couples are moving away from traditional wedding elements and creating unique touches that reflect their personalities, such as custom welcome gifts, interactive guest activities, or even personalised vows. It makes the day feel so much more intimate and memorable!
