The Thyme at the Manor is our on-site restaurant in Gloucester, and is a vibrant and sophisticated place to be seen and extremely popular with our guests and locals. It also has a great reputation for excellent food and interesting wines.
Thyme at the Manor is open every evening between 6.30pm and 8.45pm and is open to hotel guests and non-residents.
