Welcome to the Hatherley Bees

As part of our policy to become more environmentally friendly and to reduce the distance from field to fork we are delighted to welcome our Beekeeper, Chris, and five bee hives. Our bees are located to the field left of the hotel so please bee mindful of the bees if you are taking a walk around the grounds. Hatherley honey will be served in our restaurant very soon.

About bees

Simply honeybees are amazing, not only do they pollinate plants, that would otherwise die out, they also produce honey which, as well as delicious, has a long list of health benefits due to its antibacterial properties.
