Thyme to visit the Manor

In March 2023, Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa opened its doors to the Thyme at the Manor restaurant, following an extensive refurbishment. Thyme at the Manor is located in Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa, Down Hatherley, Gloucestershire and is just 10 minutes from Gloucester and 20 minutes from Cheltenham.

The newly refurbished interiors of the Thyme restaurant, lounge and bar aims to unite the building’s historical and local roots with modern interior design, resulting in a relaxed and contemporary feel. Herringbone flooring, luxury fabrics and warm lighting create a casual ambience, perfect for that special dinner, catch up with friends over afternoon tea and relaxing after spending the afternoon reviving at The Spa.

Thyme at the Manor offers classic and modern British dining, serving a range of tasty dishes including the likes of afternoon tea, slow cooked lamb shank and the quintessential Sunday roast. With a stylish and classic interior, Thyme at the Manor will be the heart of Hatherley Manor, welcoming guests with good food, excellent service and contemporary design.

Thyme at the Manor, headed up by Head Chef, Richard, will be open throughout the day for light bites for both hotel guests and the local community.
