Temporary closure from Boxing Day
To help combat the spread of Coronavirus, it is with a heavy heart that we announce that the hotel & spa will be closing in line with the government restrictions from Boxing Day. As per the current information available, Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa will be closed until 8th January with a review expected on the 2nd January. We will update our website and social media pages should this date change.
Hotel & Spa:
We will be in contact with all those that have a booking with us during our temporary period of closure as soon as possible. We kindly request that all those with bookings await us to make contact to ensure we can contact all guests as quickly as possible.
Spa Members:
In line with Tier 3 restrictions, the Spa will be open from Boxing Day to 31st December to spa members only. From 1st January the spa will temporarily close in line with the closure of the hotel. As per the previous lockdowns, membership direct debits will be frozen so there is no need to cancel your direct debit, we will pause it for you.
Restaurant:
All restaurant reservations will automatically be cancelled until 8th January.
As and when the restrictions are lifted we will, of course, reopen again. Until then please do contact us on enquiries@hatherleymanor.com. Please note, we are experiencing extremely high levels of enquiries at this time, so it may take us a little longer than usual to respond to you.
