Whether you require an intimate luxury party for 8 guests or a corporate award ceremony dinner for 250, Hatherley Manor is the perfect venue.

Many of our Suites include their own private bars and we have a luxurious lounge area where guests can mingle before the event.

Our chefs are passionate about the food they serve and know that when it comes to quality, it is the little things that count. That is why we only use the finest seasonal ingredients and source the best local produce available.

All our menus will be made using the finest wholesome ingredients, turning every bite into a mouth watering delight.

Function Room Hire Cotswolds

Redwood Suite

Located on the ground floor, in the original manor house building, with a beautiful large ornate fireplace and floor to ceiling bay windows allowing plenty of light and overlooking the hotel grounds.

It can seat a maximum of 25 guests for a seated meal on an oval table or up to 30 guests for a seated meal on three round tables

Oak Suite

Situated on the ground floor in the original manor house building with a beautiful ornate fireplace, oak panelled walls and floor to ceiling bay windows overlooking the hotel grounds.

It can seat 16 guests around one large oval table or 20 guests on two round tables.

Moat Suite

This suite exudes style with its elegant lighting, air conditioning, natural daylight and exposed brickwork. The Moat has the benefit of French doors out into the original walled garden which asserts a stylish wooden decking area.

It can seat a maximum of 150 guests for a seated meal on an oval table or up to 30 guests for a seated meal on three round tables

Mulberry Suite

Located perfectly at the front of the hotel overlooking the extensive front lawns and nurtured gardens, the Mulberry boasts plenty of natural daylight and has doors leading directly into a delightful private garden. This stylish suite has contemporary lighting and a neutral colour scheme.

It can seat a maximum of 150 guests for a seated meal on an oval table or up to 30 guests for a seated meal on three round tables

Hatherley Suite

This vast self contained suite presents itself with high ceilings and ornate chandeliers encompassing its own private entrance foyer, bar, cloakrooms and reception lounge which opens onto the delightful walled garden.

It can seat a maximum of 400 guests for a seated meal on multiple table types, both long rectangular and circular.
