Our Terms and Conditions apply for all our competitions.
Overnight stays can not be booked on a Saturday, during Race Week, Cheltenham Festival or Valentine’s weekend.
The prizes must be taken six months (unless stated otherwise).
The prize cannot be taken when Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa is fully booked.
The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
It is a condition of entry that the winner is a resident of the UK.
The prize does not include travel expenses to Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa.
No purchase is necessary.
Once the competition has closed entries after that time will not be counted.
The winner will be selected at random (via random number generator) and contacted within one
week. Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa’s decision will be final. The
winner will be notified by Facebook messenger / Email or Instagram
messenger. If contact cannot be made within 7 days, the prize will be
forfeited.
The prize is for use by the winner only and their guest and is not transferable.
If you are a winner, you agree, as a condition of receiving
the prize, to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by
Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa.
For spa offers where you can bring a friend to use the
facilities for free - this applies for all spa day packages only. The friend
will have access to the spa facilities only.
Entry implies
acceptance of these rules and conditions.
Only one entry permitted per
person.
Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa does not take responsibility for
any lost entries.
Employees of Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa are not allowed to enter the competition.
Hatherley Manor Hotel and Spa reserves the right to withdraw this competition without notice.
