Our Terms and Conditions apply for all Black Friday gift vouchers.

  1. All of our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number.
  2. They may only be redeemed once, they cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  3. The gift voucher must be booked in advanced and presented upon arrival.
  4. No photocopies will be accepted.
  5. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
  6. Date exclusions apply. Please contact the hotel directly for date exclusions.
  7. Vouchers are valid until 31st March 2025.
