Bringing with her an exceptional level of experience within luxury spa and wellness environments across the UK and internationally. Jackie joins Hatherley Manor following her role as Health Club & Spa Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham, where she was recognised for her ability to elevate both guest experience and commercial performance. Her leadership saw the development of a confident, high-performing team, enhanced treatment and retail offerings, and notable growth across key spa performance indicators – achievements that earned her the Newcomer of the Year Award 2024.

With over 20 years of experience spanning prestigious hotels, destination spas and wellness retreats around the world, Jackie brings a calm, considered and detail-driven approach to spa management. Her background includes senior spa leadership roles within renowned luxury hospitality brands, where she has been instrumental in shaping service standards, refining spa journeys and creating experiences that feel both indulgent and deeply restorative.

Sam now moves into the role of Human Resources Manager, continuing her journey with Hatherley Manor and supporting the team as the business continues to grow.
