Our friendly events team are experienced in looking after tours and will be available to plan your stay with you from your enquiry through to your groups arrival at the hotel when our fantastic Operations team will be waiting to welcome your guests and make their stay memorable.

We are always willing to work with your individual requirements and budget to bespoke a package for you, and can be flexible on the rates we offer depending on the number of tours in your series, bedrooms and dates required.

Bookings with Ease

For bookings of more than 4 rooms, you will be provided with a unique booking code for you to share with your group so they can individually book and pay for their room. This makes things simpler for the organiser, giving you time to research and plan activities around Gloucester instead of chasing people for outstanding balances.
