Room Service

Room service is available from 11:30am – 9:00pm. To contact room service please dial ‘0’.

A selection of sandwiches are available 24 hours.

Breakfast is available 7:00am – 9:30am. Please fill in the sheet and return to reception by 9pm.

Please note there is a tray charge of £5.

We apply a service charge to our rooms which helps support our incredible staff directly.

Opening Times

Breakfast: 7am – 9:30 Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 10am Saturday and Sunday

Lunch / afternoon tea: 12pm – 5pm

Dinner: 6pm – 9pm

The Spa: 7am – 9pm Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm Saturday and Sunday

Please note Children times for swimming are: 9:00am – 10:30am and 4:30pm – 6:00pm.

Electric car charging points

We have electric charging points available both in the front hotel car park and the spa car park. Instructions on how to use the electric car charging points are available from reception.

Essential Information

Check out – Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am on the day of departure.

Emergency evacuation – Please familiarise yourself with the emergency exit routes on your door.

Security – Please ensure you close your door and windows when exiting the room. All ground floor rooms are fitted with winddown locks.

Doctor / Dentist – Please call 111 for advice in the first instance.

Valuables – The management does not accept responsibility for any guests valuables.

Wake up calls – Wake up calls can be placed on a daily basis with reception by dialing ‘0’.

Laundry – Should you require use of our laundry service then please contact reception on ‘0’. Please note this service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Taxis – Please contact reception on ‘0’ to book a taxi. We advise guests that book early morning Taxis the night prior.

Smoking – Please note all bedrooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a bedroom will incur a £70 charge.

Telephone system – Please dial ‘9’ for an outside line. Please note charges apply. Please contact reception ‘0’ for more details.

Children – Children under 12 and accompanied by a paying adult will not be charged for accommodation. All food charges, including breakfast for the children are applicable.
