Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

  1. A referral is validated once the Friend signs a new monthly or annual contract
  2. Once the referral has been validated, you will be contacted via email to book your complimentary treatment
  3. One complimentary treatment per referral
  4. Extension to the complimentary treatment (e.g., 55-minute treatment) will incur an additional charge
  5. A maximum of 20 referrals is allowed per calendar year
  6. Complimentary treatment is for 25 minutes only and is available Monday – Thursday.
  7. We will withhold the complimentary treatment if we suspect fraudulent activity
  8. Employees of Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa are eligible for the referral scheme
