The Thyme at the Manor restaurant is a vibrant and sophisticated place to be seen and extremely popular with our guests and locals. It also has a great reputation for excellent food and interesting wines and serves as one of the best places to eat out in Gloucester.

Thyme at the Manor is open every evening between 6.30pm and 8.45pm and is open to hotel guests and non-residents.
