Updated covid guidance
Following on from the government announcement we have made some positive changes to our covid guidance at Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa. The changes will come into effect from 19th July.
While there will no longer be a legal requirement to wear a face covering from 19th July we kindly request that all guests wear a mask when moving about the hotel, spa and for some close contact treatments. All Staff at Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa will also continue to wear a mask. Please note the use of face masks for guests will not be compulsory and will be frequently reviewed.
Weddings and large events
We are delighted that restriction free weddings and events will once again be able to take place from 19th July; first dances, discos and mingling between tables will be back! Moving forward we request that event and wedding guests are to use the bar in their function suite and not the hotel bar.
Members will no longer have to prebook spa access. All overnight guests will continue to prebook a two hour slot, per night stay, prior to arrival.
Daily bedroom servicing will recommence as of 19th July, however we will continue to use disposable cups in the rooms. The use of disposable cups will be reviewed monthly.
The bar in the lounge will be open for bar service from 19th July. The lounge bar will be for use of residents only.
We will be removing the screens in the hotel and spa reception. We request that guests continue to keep a reasonable distance from other guests and staff in the reception area.
We will continue to operate the restaurant with social distancing in place.
Covid book with confidence guarantee
We are delighted that our book with confidence guarantee will stay allowing you change or cancel up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
All of the above is to help keep both our guests and staff as safe as possible while covid is still among us.
