When asked what excites him about the role, Will responded “This is a fantastic opportunity for me, but also for the hotel and the local area. I’m excited to be working in a focused role, in a high quality spa that has a stunning location. Being involved from the start of the journey and assisting the management team in creating membership plans, promotional ideas and building the spa team has been hugely rewarding; it’s not very often opportunities like this come along.”
