What cleaning do you have in place at the spa?

We have put in place additional cleaning. Please find out more about cleaning procedures and what we are doing to keep you safe at The Spa here.

Does The Spa have a NHS Covid-19 QR reader?

Yes, please ensure you scan the NHS Covid-19 QR code which is placed at the entrance to The Spa

What facilities at The Spa will be open?

All facilities will be open from Monday 17th May when the thermal area will also reopen.

If I am staying at the hotel will I be able to use the spa?

Upon reopening of the hotel from 17th May, and if you are staying in executive, superior or double deluxe bedrooms then spa access is included in your stay. If you are booked on a spa break, getaway package or UK staycation package then spa access is included in your stay. Please note that spa access is limited to two hours per night stay and must be prebooked to ensure social distancing.

I am a member of the spa, do I need to book to use the facilities?

Yes, you do need to prebook spa access so we can maintain social distancing in The Spa for the safety of staff and guests. Spa access can be prebooked up to seven days in advance and will be limited to two-hour slots. You may be able to use The Spa for more than two hours on the day, however this is subject to availability.

What treatments are available?

All treatments, with exception of the 25 minute Salt Scrub, 55 minute Repair & Restore & 85 minute Relax Into Radiance will be available. Please find out more about the range of treatments we offer here.

Will the cafe open?

The cafe will be open and will be offering alfresco dining from 12th April - 17th May, as per the government Covid-19 regulations. From 17th May indoor and outdoor dining will be available.

Can I use the spa garden?

Yes, The Spa garden will be open, we also have extensive grounds at Hatherley Manor which are perfect for a relaxing walk.

Do you have hand sanitiser?

Yes, please can all guests sanitise their hands on arrival and departure. Sanitisers are located by the front door and next to reception.

Do I need to wear a face covering?

To comply with government guidance we kindly ask guests to wear face coverings in communal areas of The Spa and for treatments (with exception of facial treatments). If you do not have a face covering you may purchase one from The Spa reception for £1.00.

All members of The Spa team will also be wearing face coverings as per the government guidance so you may not see such a welcoming smile but it will be there, as always.

What times are you open?

Our opening hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm.
