Covid 19: update

Following on from the government update on Wednesday 19th January we have updated our covid policy. The guidelines state that from Thursday 27th January masks will no longer be required in communal areas of hotel.

The government guidelines also state that masks will no longer be required for personal care so those attending The Spa will no longer be required to wear a face mask when enjoying a treatment or when in the communal areas of The Spa.

We continue to kindly ask all guests of the hotel and spa to take a lateral flow test prior to arrival to help keep us all safe.

Thank you for continued understanding and support.

Our commitment to keeping you safe

  • Additional cleaning of the facilities.
  • For events we have limited the room capacity to provide more space for social distancing.
  • All staff are aware of their personal obligations in relation to reporting of illness or symptoms to minimise the possibility of sharing infections and will socially distance as much as possible from guests and other staff.
  • It is the personal choice of guests if they wish to wear a face covering.
  • Hand sanitiser is available throughout the hotel.
  • We kindly request anyone attending an event at the hotel to take a lateral flow test on the day of the event.
