To help prevent the spread of Coronavirus we have decided to temporarily close our doors until 4th July 2020.

We will continue to provide accommodation for key workers and will remain open for essential stays.

What about my booking?

If you have a booking of any kind (Hotel, Restaurant, The Spa, Event or Wedding) due to take place before 4th July 2020 - it will be postponed. The Hatherley Manor team are hard at work contacting those who have a booking with us. They will be in touch in due course.

We are not accepting bookings until after 4th July, however we are accepting bookings after this so please do get in touch as usual.

When will you be open again?

We hope to be open as and when the tide turns on coronavirus and it is safe for us to open again. However, we do hope we will be open by 4th July 2020.

I’m worried that my wedding might be cancelled, will it?

If your wedding is within the next three months it will be postponed. Your wedding will not be cancelled. We will do our best to find you an alternative date that is suitable for you.

I have a gift voucher that expires while you’re closed, can that be extended?

We are happy to extend your gift voucher if it expires within the next three months. Please contact us on reception@hatherleymanor.com to request an extension on your gift voucher.

I would like to book an event / reservation in July, am I still able to?

Yes of course. We do hope we will open for July. To enquire about an event you can contact us on events@hatherleymanor.com.

I have a spa day booked, am I able to change the date?

Yes, of course you are able to change the date of your spa day, which we are happy to do free of charge. Please contact us on spa@hatherleymanor.com to change the date of your spa day.

I am a member of The Spa, what happens to my membership while you’re closed?

All spa memberships and direct debits have been frozen. When we open again your membership will commence again. If you have any questions in regard to your membership then you can still contact us on spa@hatherleymanor.com.
